WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING SUBMISSIONS!!

· Deadline for submission is December 1st, 2011.
· Deadline extensions by special request only.
· There is NO entry or registration fee!

HOW TO SUBMIT:

· REQUIRED: Artist's Name, Film Title, and a Short Summary. The artist's Website is optional, but encouraged!
· Films MUST be submitted in .mov quicktime format!
· Mailed in materials will not be returned, do not send originals.

· You can submit in the following ways:
    - Mail in a DATA (not movie!) DVD/CD.
    - Upload to MegaUpload, or other online storage, and e-mail the download link to: submit@RoseCityAnimation.org
    - Hand off your movie file to a representative of RCAS.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

· RCAS encourages the submission of work that is of any caliber including student work, personal and professional work, and experimental animation.
· Only animated films, or films related to animation are eligible. This can include stop-motion, puppetry, and some live action.
· Upon submission of your film you agree that RCAS owns
NO copyrights or ownership of your film, but reserves the
right to show your film at any RCAS event.
